Artists of all ages are participating in the second annual Young at HeART ArtStroll. Youth participants include Absaroka Head Start, Kim's Day Care, Children's Resource Center and Risen Son Christian School. The High School Drama Team will demonstrate costume design and present pieces from their state drama competition, to be held next month.

Jennifer Emery's high school art students will also have a sampling of student artwork on display. These students have worked hard on their artwork in the short time since the beginning of school. Emery is especially proud of her young artists that are just beginning their art journeys and creating art for the first time!

Other youth participants include Tiphani Goodman, Ryan Miller and Jared Little.

A number of other artists will be showing their work during the ArtStroll. Jennifer Emery, a Montana native, holds a Bachelor's degree in Art. She loves creating art in all mediums including clay, pencil, charcoal, watercolor and acrylic.

Toby Emery grew up in an artsy Norwegian town called Decorah, Iowa. His whole life he watched his grandfather create practical and creative things out of wood. His grandfather inspired him to start creating functional art made from wood as an adult.

Dana Marshall, of Worland, is new to the stroll and will have her oil paintings available for viewing the whole Month of November. Marshall attended Northwest College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Fine Arts. She has been creating artwork for as long as she can remember. She enjoys mixing colors and creating a sense of impressionism and movement in her art.

Other artists featuring their work will be Mary Spradley, Al Darlington and Rosemary Horsley

Returning to the stroll are Helen Saunders, Glenda Ramsey, Andrea Linn, Joyce Fletcher, Jane Oldridge, Sallie Wesaw and Claudia Augustin.

Cindy Toth also returns this month. Toth has been sewing and quilting for nearly 50 years.

Also returning for the Young at HeART line up are Debbie Stroppel, Jennifer Taylor, Tammy & R'lou Blackmon, Timothy T. Wesaw, Kelli A. Wesaw and Barbara Clothier.

Musicians Mike Howland, Rick Phipps & friends and Jacky and Michael Wright and friends will be playing at several locations during the ArtStroll.

The stroll is pleased to announce that Hot Springs County Museum has joined the monthly stroll lineup and will be hosting several of these artists including the high school drama team.

Be sure to pick up a map at any participating business. The map will include the location of each of these artists. Complete the map and return it to Nature's Corner at the end of Friday evening's stroll, for a chance to win door prizes, donated by some of the participating artists.

The show continues during Still Strolling Saturday, Nov. 14. Many of the artists' work will be on display.

A special addition to Saturday will be the participation of Common Ground. An open house will be held from noon-3 p.m. to introduce their newly added services. Enjoy refreshments while viewing Audrey Phillips' photography
