Has Beens Basketball face off set for July 18

Men and women alumni from Thermopolis and Worland are taking it to the basketball court, revisiting an age-old rivalry, to find out who still has it at the Has Beens Basketball game.

The benefit matchup will be held in the Hot Springs County High School gym Saturday, July 18 at 1 p.m. Doors will open at noon. All proceeds will go to the Hot Springs County Senior Center.

Tickets are on sale now at the Hot Springs County Senior Center, Chamber of Commerce, Car Quest, Needful Things, Storyteller, White Horse Country Store and Owl Creek Graphics. Adults are $10, seniors (60 and over) and children 5-12 are $5, under five free. Tickets are $2 more at the door.

Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away during the game through a raffle. Tickets will be available in advance or at the game for a dollar each or six for $5.

Orders are now being taken for game T-shirts featuring both team mascots. You will save $1 per shirt if you pre-order by Thursday, July 2.
