Homi honored

The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) recently honored Tobi Homi, administrator at Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Care Center (TRCC) as a 2015 recipient of the ACHCA Eli Pick Facility Leadership award.

Homi is just one of 227 recipients of the award which amounts to the top 17% of administrators in the country.

The award has taken Homi three years to win, taking into consideration facility survey data, health care, fire safety and complaint surveys as well as top performance in designated quality measures.

Criteria also included an 80 percent or greater facility occupancy and a three-year avoidance of Special Focus Facility status.

Founded in 1962, the ACHCA is the only professional association devoted solely to meeting the professional needs of today's post-acute and aging services leaders.
