    School age readers will explore all things sports and fitness this summer as Hot Springs County Public Library presents their summer program. Activities include field trips, group games, physical challenges, special guests and entertainment. Registration for both program is now open.     Those who were up early enough Sunday morning might have spied the launch of a hot air balloon from Whitt Field, flown by Cameron Wagner. The balloon traveled for about three hours, coming down at 9:30 a.m. west of the highway to Cody. The balloon launch was set up by Big Horn Basin Foundation Director Jessica Lippincott, who is working on putting together a balloon rally, headed by the foundation, for June 2017.     The Thermopolis Town Council is currently working in the process of approving its budget for the fiscal year 2016-17, having already approved the budget on the first reading. Looking at the General Fund itself, there is $2,596,160 total revenue, with $3,491,642 in expenditures.
