Thirty-one people attended a special Title 25 meeting on Monday night to discuss the hospital’s stand on Title 25 patients and what can be done to eleviate the problem. Monday in Hot Springs District Court, Ambra O’Brien pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. The charge stems from a July 1 incident, during which O’Brien was found to have Oxycodone.
