    Hot Springs County citizens aged 70 and over are now able to get the vaccination for COVID-19 through Hot Springs County Public Health. Now that they are finishing up with the prioritization of Phase 1A they can begin Phase 1B this week. Those 70 and older are included in Phase 1B.
