    Hot Springs County residents who currently have certain health conditions may now pre-register on the COVID-19 vaccine waiting list. The Wyoming Department of Health has created detailed screening questions to define “medical conditions” as they apply to the COVID vaccination program. Top, a Hot Springs State Park truck was retrieved Feb. 17 after it went off the side of the road near Smokey Row Cemetery. The driver was taken to Hot Springs Health were he was treated and released.     The Bureau of Land Management Wind River/Bighorn Basin District tentatively plans to conduct five prescribed fire projects within the Cody and Worland field office areas this spring as part of the BLM’s commitment to keeping public landscapes healthy and productive.     The Wyoming Department of Transportation reported 10 snowplow strikes over a five-day span as plows were out maintaining the roads due to wintry conditions. Hoyer, 33, of Worland for having almost 14 grams of meth in his personal possession.
