    On Tuesday, April 21 the Hot Springs County Commissioners held their second regular meeting for the month of April. The commissioners made two appointments to fill openings on county boards. Ashley Evans was appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Travel & Tourism Board and Dixie Vialpando was appointed to fill an open seat on the Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC).     At their April 21 meeting, the Thermopolis Town Council took up three revisions to the town’s municipal code on third reading. All three revisions had been passed by the council in the two previous readings, and only required one final approval to become effective.
