    Last Saturday, Thermopolis Middle School choir students attended the Northern Big Horn Basin Music Festival in Worland. Director Drew Brown said there were four schools attending the conference — Thermopolis, Worland, Cody and Lovell — and each year a director from one of the attending schools conducts the performance.     Wyoming Game and fish staff were in town to do a fishing survey along the Bighorn River, from where the highway crosses the river to the island behind the WYDOT building, Oct. 15-18. Helping them out for a couple days were 10 students in the Hot Springs County 4-H Sport Fishing Club.     The Friends of the Library will be holding their annual fall book sale this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 19-20 at the armory.
