    Last Sunday, Wyoming Discovery Days hosted a Cabin Fever Chili Cook Off and dance fun at the Hot Springs County Fair Building. The book has a wide variety of nature photographs including brown bears, loons, swift foxes, mountain goats and more.     Thirty people showed up on our snowy day last week for a Spring Seed Starting Workshop held at the HSC Library. The workshop is one of a series of workshops presented this spring by the Red Dirt Master Gardeners, the next will be in April.   • Flag pole down

    Last Thursday, contractors from Billings Sign Service of Montana, local business owner Steve Jellis and others collaborated to remove the old flagpole in the downtown square. The effort to do so was tricky and took a fair amount of time, but after careful thought, the group was successful. The flagpole was damaged by a wind event on September 9, 2024. The new flag pole went up on Tuesday. See page 9 for a photo....
