    On Sept. 9 and 16, Northwest Wyoming Board of Cooperative Education Services (NWBOCES) will provide students with equine assisted learning classes. Carolyn Conner, the administrative director for NWBOCES Administrative Director, said instructor Maria Eastman has been providing the service for seven years.     The Hot Springs County Historical Society, Pioneer Association and Museum are planning their annual summer picnic at Anchor Dam on Saturday, Sept. 10. The picnic will begin at 11:30 a.m. There will be a group meeting at the museum parking lot at 10:15 a.m. to caravan to the dam or you can drive out on your own. Chicken and drinks will be provided.
