    At the February 7 Thermopolis Town Council meeting held at the Town Hall, Mayor Adam Estenson said that there was no action taken on the following presentation. Darren Butcher returned to the council and gave another presentation for his advocacy to have chickens be legal within the town’s boundaries.     At the Hot Springs County Commissioners board meeting held at the Annex Building last Tuesday, Chairman Tom Ryan reported that they were joined by members of the Wyoming Business Council to do a site visit at the old airport property.     The Bobcat wrestlers had three duals in Buffalo last Friday to complete their regular season. The cats went 2-1 on the day. “Against Lovell we gave up 36 points due to unfilled weights.
