Kellie Joan Gant

Kellie Joan Gant left to be with her mother and father after a hard battle with cancer on Friday, July 18, 2025.

Born on April 1, 1978, Kellie was the youngest of 5 children, rounding out the blended family of Emmett "Bud" and Carol Faith. Although Kellie was born in Rock Springs, she graduated from Hot Springs County High School in Thermopolis where she excelled as a student and participated in the band. After high school, Kellie moved around Wyoming before settling down in Billings, Mont., where she continued her studies in criminal justice, sociology, and psychology.

Kellie loved to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends. One of her many passions were her animals, especially her cats. She was also devoted to her job, where she helped student for the last several years. Kellie and her infectious laugh will be greatly missed.

She is proceeded in death by her parents; and grandparents.

Kellie is survived by Tami (Craig) Montgomery of Green River, Wyo., David (Cynthia) Barker of Worland, Wyo., Craig Faith of Thermopolis, Wyo., Marlene (Paul) Gunnett of Riverton, Wyo., and numerous nieces and nephews.
