Hot City Outdoor Alliance has began work on improving the Bighorn River boat dock at the 8th Street Bridge. The project is possible by the combined efforts of the Town of Thermopolis, HSC Recreation District, Reed Brothers Construction and Hot City Outdoor Alliance.
