Boo Bash Chamber banquet planned for October 7

The Thermopolis-Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Chamber Banquet “Cham-Boo Bash” on Saturday, October 7 at the HSC Fair Building. The No-Host Hour is 5:30 p.m. and Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $49 each or $400 per table of 8. Attendees will have a chance to purchase tickets to be in a drawing for their bucket prizes. Eric Kay will be the speaker for the evening.

Awards presented will include the 2022 Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year, and Non-Profit Organization of the Year and Best Costume.  

Nominees for Business of the Year are: Ava’s Silver & Rock Shop, Dickie Animal Health, Discover Thermopolis Print Zone, Hellie’s TePee Pool & Spa, Jadeco, Inc., Lazy Fox Artisan Goods, Los Cabos, Mortimore Funeral Home & Ambulance Service, One Stop Repair and Service Center, Owl Creek Graphics, Paintbrush Inn, RYTE Rehabilitation and Storyteller.  

Nominees for Non-Profit Organization of the Year are: Big Horn Basin Children’s Center, Bobcat Booster Club, Central Wyoming 4x4 Association, Children’s Resource Center, Federated Community Church, High Country Behavioral Health, Hot Springs Health, HSC Prevention Coalition, Main Street Thermopolis, River of Life Fellowship, Rotary Club of Thermopolis and Wyoming Dinosaur Center.  

Nominees for Citizen of the Year are: Dale Andreen, Joe Arnold, Kim Bartlett, Nancy Brown, Judy Carswell, Wade Lippincott, Kevin Skates, Kelly Strampe, and Paula Kay Witt.
