RYTE Rehab holds open house at new location

RYTE Rehabilitation held its open house on July 27 in celebration of their new rehabilitation center location at 900 Shoshoni Street. They had a raffle drawing and served hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

Owned by Dr. Ryan and Dr. Tess Williams, they moved from their previous downtown location, which was about 1,500 square feet, to the newly remodeled center, which is about 2,500 square feet. The remodeling included the gutting of the existing property to start from a clean slate. The added area allowed for an office space, individual treatment rooms, a gym area and a waiting room. The therapy rooms also have more insulation and more soundproofing. There is more parking available outside, and the exterior has been completely updated.

Dr. Ryan said, "It's been busier this year. From January till now it's been solid, a very consistent schedule." Dr. Tess added, "Our team has grown. We have a physical therapist assistant with us now, so we've been able to provide more for our patients."

Certified massage therapist Michelle Coffron will also perform service there. The new location has a gym that will feature a barre class and the Hot Springs Dance classes starting in the fall. The Williams are also exploring the possibility of adding further services.

Dr. Tess also said, "We'd like the public to know you don't need a physician's referral to initiate therapy here."

Dr. Tess has women patients seeing her for their pelvic and women's health. Dr. Ryan is a board-certified orthopedic specialist, the school district's physical therapist, and a high school track coach. He can provide a presence and address care for sports injuries for athletes when needed. Dr. Ryan also provides therapy for the Children's Resource Center.
