Janice Harris and her family place the ashes of Duncan Harris, a member of the Nostrum family at the Monument Hill Cemetery. The Nostrums were homesteaders in Hot Springs County since the late 1800s.
On Friday, July 8, the family of Duncan Harris interred his ashes in the Nostrum family plot in the Monument Hill Cemetery located in Thermopolis. Duncan's widow, Janice Harris, helped the family gather together to celebrate his life, coming from Jackson Hole and elsewhere.
