Fundraiser for twins set for this weekend

A cookie jar auction fundraiser will be held Saturday, July 9 for Jessica Power and her preemie twins, Kimber and Colt. It will begin at 6 p.m. at the HSC Fair Building.

In mid April, Jessica’s blood pressure spiked and after being transported to a Billings hospital the twins were born via c-section on April 16. Colt weighed 1 lb., 7 oz. and Kimber weighed 1 lb., 10 oz.

Funds will go to the family who will have many doctors appointments and travel expenses.

Jessica is an eighth grade teacher.

A donation account has been set up at Pinnacle Bank.
