Hydrographer training

Last week on Wednesday, the Wyoming State Engineer's Office held a training convention for a hydrographer school where they learn to use special water flow measuring technology in the Bighorn River. This data helps them to regulate irrigation water and river flows. The water commissioners meet annually for this type of training.
