The February 1 Thermopolis Town Council meeting was a very brief meeting.
Town Engineer Anthony Barnett reported there has been progress on the transfer station permit application. One of the matters mentioned was the WYDOT turning lane.
Barnett also said they are still working on the DEQ water...
