Cleaning up the mess

Will Sereika and Joe Moon were part of a group that cleaned up TV Draw off of East River Road. The group hauled pickup loads of trash and debris to the dump. Wyoming State Littering Statute says a person is guilty of littering if he places, throws, scatters or deposits garbage, debris, refuse or waste material, objects or substances, including abandoned or junked vehicles, upon the property of another. Littering is a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both. If you bring it in, pack it out, including brass casings and targets.
