Back to school

Hot Springs County School District students started classes at all schools on August 18. Ralph Witters Elementary students Hazel White, Aydree Phillips, Jackson Morris, Savannah Cote and Kyson Schneider, along with several others, make their way into the building on a beautiful August morning.
