National Night Out Tuesday

The Thermopolis Police Department is hosting a National Night Out to meet your first responders on Tuesday, August 3 at Hot Springs State Park from 6-8 p.m.

Agencies attending are the Hot Springs Sheriff’s Office, Lifeflight, Search and Rescue, HSC Ambulance, Public Health, State Parks, Emergency Management, the Thermopolis Volunteer Fire Department, Wyoming Highway Patrol and Department of Family Services.

Police Chief Julie Mathews said, “This is a community event and we want to involve them so that the community knows who we are in the event they need us. We are still here for Thermopolis.”

Come and show your support for your first responders. Whenever there is a crisis, it is our first responders that come to help. Get to know who they are.
