Cyber security training planned

According to the website for Security Boulevard, they state that cybercrime represents the fastest-growing types of crime in the United States — and the world as a whole. Not only are the cyber attacks that fall within this category growing in number, but they’re also increasing in both size and sophistication.

This results in an increasingly large price tag for governments, businesses, and organizations of all sizes. It also means business is booming for cybercriminals.

If you are concerned and want to take action to prevent yourself or your business from becoming a victim of cybercrimes, there will be Cyber Security Awareness Training at the Hot Springs County Library on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6 p.m.

In this class, you will see how to spot malicious emails and avoid online risks to reduce the number of security and associated costs for you, your family and your business.
