Freedom Run set for this weekend

A great way to help our deployed troops is to take part in the 6th Annual Freedom Run with the Big Horn Basin Riders.

A meet and greet will be held on Friday, July 5 at 7 p.m. at the Oasis Motel and RV Park in Meeteetse, with kickstands going up on Saturday, July 6 at 9 a.m.

The first draw for the run will be in Thermopolis, followed by Worland, Ten Sleep Greybull and then back to Meeteetse.

Bingo cards will be $2 each or three for $5 and there will be prizes at every stop along the way. Blackout cards are $10 each with a grand prize of $500.

You don’t have to ride a motorcycle to take part in the event, as all forms of transportation are welcome.

Proceeds go toward sending care packages to Wyoming troops who are deployed in every branch of the military.
