Buffalo Bash Saturday in HSSP

Warrior’s Guild Jiu-Jitsu will be hosting their second annual Buffalo Bash 5K race/walk on Saturday, June 29 at Hot Springs State Park, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Cost for the event is $10 per person, with proceeds going to The Shop gym for equipment, building maintenance and utility expenses.

The route will begin on Tepee and go east to Buffalo street and into the pasture before coming back around to Tepee.

Warrior’s Guild Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Is a local martial arts group that provides both children and adults the opportunity to learn discipline, technique, self-confidence, respect of self and others, and humility.

It has provided many opportunities to learn and grow. All of the Jiu-Jitsu classes are provided for free by the local community Shop gym. The gym, located at 210 Highway 20 South, offers the opportunity for the community to use its facilities simply by donations.
