Fill the boot on Monday

Thermopolis Volunteer Firemen will be participating once again in the MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) Fill the Boot campaign on Labor Day.

For more than 60 years, fire departments across the country have been supporting MDA with more than 100,000 firefighters taking part in 2017, raising $24 million.

In Thermopolis, the firemen will be at the stoplight and on 14th Street and Fremont on Monday, Sept. 3, from 10 a.m. until mid afternoon.

When that firefighter comes to your window, drop what you can into the boot and help MDA find a cure.
