TMS wrestlers improving

Last week, the middle school wrestling team travelled to compete at the Powell Invitational.

Coach Toby Emery said, ”The boys are improving little by little now that they have a handful of matches under their belts. Their confidence is building and they are looking more comfortable on the mat. I’m happy to see my leaders start to emerge and help the less-experienced athletes out. We take one week at a time, working on our weaknesses and improving our strengths.

“I have a great coaching staff and wrestlers that are eager to learn and get better. Our team will continue to get better as long as they continue to push themselves in the practice room.”
