Ronald 'Ron' Boiles

Ronald "Ron" J. Boiles, 73, of Thermopolis, Wyo. went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2015, at the Billings Clinic Hospital in Billings, Mont. after a short illness.

He was born January 18, 1942, in Vidor, Texas, the son of Jerry and Rudell Boiles. He was the second oldest of five children.

His parents moved to California in 1952 and he went to school there. After school, he worked in construction with his father. Later, he owned his own construction company. He did residential, but mostly commercial schools, churches and prisons.

He served in the Army from 1963 thru 1965 and received an honorable discharge.

He married Martha A. Tuttle, who died in 1991. They had two daughters Kristen and Cindy.

Later he married Ailene Daniels, who had a son Marvin and a daughter Virginia. They have been married for 26 years. They moved to Thermopolis eight years ago, after their retirement.

He loved Wyoming, the people, hunting, fishing, cars and traveling. Most of all, he loved the friends he had made since moving to Wyoming. He was active in his church Living Waters Assembly of God.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ailene; daughters Cindy (Jeff) of Texas, Virginia (Greg) of N. M.; son Marvin (Heather) of California; grandchildren, Cory, Monika, Matthew of Texas, Chad and Aric of California, Joseph and Carlee of New Mexico, Jeffrey and Melissa of Pennsylvania, Jennifer and Chad of Texas, and Elizabeth and Carlos of California; nine great-grandchildren, Adison, Gavin, Christian, Carrina, Anthony, Kiley, Peyton and Dallas; sister Pat (Ken) Adams of California; six nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and seven great great-nieces and nephews in California and Oregon.

Ron was preceded in death by his wife Martha; daughter Kristen; mother and father; two sisters; brother; and grandchild, Kayden.

A Celebration of Life service was held at the Living Waters Assembly of God Church on August 30th at 2 p.m.
