The board accepted the resignation notice from Lisa Pierce as teacher effective at the end of her 2015-16 teaching contract.     The Hot Springs County Board of Commissioners were asked for funds to cover budget shortfalls at Hot Springs County Library because of budgeting mistakes. Library director Tracey Kinnaman said she was having trouble with her budget. She believed the amount she used for the 2015-16 fiscal year was prepared with incorrect numbers. Chief Financial Officer Shelly Larson explained the hospital currently partners with First Party Receivables Solution (FPRS). The organization sends out statements and makes phone calls to patients.   • New speed limits for Wyoming highways

    Wyoming Department of Transportation crews will be installing 70 mph speed limit signs around the state in April and May to bring the roads up to the new statutory speed limit for non-interstate highways in Wyoming. WYDOT expects to have about 1,500 miles of highways raised to the 70 mph limit by the end of April, with another 1,000 miles to follow in May.     According to the Wyoming Department of Education, the high school graduation rates in the state increased from 78.6 percent in 2012-13 to 79.14 percent for the 2014-15 school year.
