    The Hot Springs County Travel & Tourism board recently announced the winners of their Winter Season photo contest. They are for $200 - first place, Lesleigh Ann Schaefer; $125 - second place, Bill Waltz and $50 - honorable mention, Michelle Redland. Travel & Tourism is now seeking submissions for the Spring Season Photo Contest. The deadline is June 30.     At the Student Government Association Awards banquet on Thursday, April 24, Western Wyoming Community College (Western) announced two Outstanding Graduates, Mustang Awards, and scholarship recipients for 2025-2026. For the 2024-2025 academic year, the committee selected Wyatt McDermott of Thermopolis and Hagen DeWitt of Lyman for its highest honor.
