    Saturday, Thermopolis Middle School competed against various schools at its home track meet. The meet was a significant one, with 537 students from nine different schools competing. Coach Kent Hessenthaler expressed his appreciation for the community members, coaches and volunteers who helped the meet go smoothly.     Four Bobcats from the Hot Springs County High School golf team went to the Cody Invitational on Friday, as the Douglas tournament was full. Hudson Rolling scored 76, Logan Bartholomew scored 116, Colton Dobbins scored 96 and Justin Jeffs scored 106. Coach Jake Smith said Hudson keeps getting better at each game.     Geeks in Sneaks won against Red Rock Family Practice 58-47 in the Hot Springs County Recreation District Adult Coed Basketball Tournament championship game April 20 in the middle school gym.     The Hot Springs County High School FFA Banquet will be held Monday, May 2 beginning at 6 p.m. in the High School Ag Shop. FFA advisor Britton Van Heule said everyone will have a free milk can dinner in the shop and then move to the school auditorium for the awards.   • Musicians bring home high ratings

    Over the weekend, 83 Hot Springs County High School music students traveled to Powell High School for the annual District Music Festival. The concert band and concert choir both earned a Superior rating while the jazz band earned an Excellent rating. Director Dustin Olsen stated, “I am so proud of our music students.
