    Rylee Agar leads her steer onto the scales for the annual weigh and tag day for 4-H and FFA youth beef projects on Sunday. The Hot Springs County youth need to have their market beef projects weighed and tagged by the fair board to mark the official beginning of their projects. Most of the youth have been working with their projects since October or November so this is a good chance for them to "socialize" them to other beef and kids....
