    Two Bobcat robotics teams competed in the Yellowstone RoboRumble Jan. 9 in Powell. The full tournament scrimmage event gave First Tech Challenge teams from around the region a chance to compete head to head using a sports model. Thermopolis team Aluminati was fourth going into finals and team Fist Full of Axles was seeded ninth.     The cold weather may greatly be limiting possibilities for outdoor weekend activities, but the Hot Springs County 4-H is planning an indoor carnival to not only raise money but also provide community members an afternoon of fun.
