Limb Walkers Tree Service available

Weston Burgess’s Limb Walkers Tree Service is offering its services to Hot Springs County and beyond. They do tree trimming, removals, repairs, and stump grinding.

Burgess recalls a big storm that took down a lot of trees that cracked trees over the top of houses. There were trees that had been blown over in the wind and uprooted. Burgess said he has “A lot of experience doing tree work and trimming to address health and hazard issues.”

Burgess started up his business in August 2020, working only on weekends. Burgess was working for about 13 years for a line clearance tree service which was contracted with High Plains Power. Burgess is originally from Riverton and has lived in Thermopolis since 2017. Burgess officially went on his own in June 2021.

Burgess added, “We moved over here in 2017 to raise our family. We have three kids. The community is awesome. It’s more family-friendly than what we came from. I am actually a shooting sports leader for the 4-H for air rifle, pistol, archery, and shotgun. My dad is the owner of Renegade Guns, but he is closed down because he can’t get any inventory in.”

At this time, they have only one employee. Burgess’ father Lawrence previously helped him in the business until he had a shoulder injury. However, Burgess plans on hiring more staff eventually depending upon how the business grows.

Burgess serves a wide area, even reaching Lander, Worland, and even Dubois and potentially Jackson. “Anywhere where the work’s at.” Things have been going well for Burgess that he recently bought out another business in Riverton.

Burgess is also looking forward to the summer season to get more work done and provide a good service to people. He is looking into snow removal and providing firewood next winter. For those interested, call Burgess at 307-851-8842.
