Dennis Brent Zeller

Dennis Brent Zeller, 76, passed away peacefully at Goshen Healthcare Community in Torrington, Wyo., on November 13, 2020, following a stroke sustained on July 28.

He was the son of Elmer and Phebe Zeller. Born in Lovell, Wyo., on March 23, 1944. Attending Lovell schools, graduating in 1962. Brent married his "Babe," Winnie Louise Aden following an ice cream date. They were married 55 years and to this union were born two blond tow-headed girls, Dana and Darlene. He taught his wife and daughters how to hunt, fish, operate heavy equipment, change a tire, dicker a deal, and to laugh.

Brent's work history included driving semis, construction (BZ Backhoe), working campaigns and selling Christmas trees around the family home for 16 years that he fresh cut with his beautiful bride. He was a great provider and protector of his 3 girls.

He loved to hunt big game and birds, fish off his boat, working on vehicles, fetching firewood and raising animals, always having dogs and horses. One great passion he had was watching his girls in sporting events, never missing a game, no matter the distance. He made some life-long friends who are still cherished to this day.

Brent and Louise spent time living in Seattle, Wash., Lovell and Thermopolis the last 22 years where they retired, owning/operating a quaint apartment complex.

He is survived by his wife, Winnie Louise of Torrington; daughters, Dana Spann of Laramie and Darlene (Steve) Rowland of Torrington; sister, Kaye (Larry) Coppock of Caldwell, Idaho; brother, Max (Cindy) Zeller of Casper; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Kelly Rowland, Brooke (Deepak and Rishal) Rana, Olivia (Blake and Rhett) Lanham.

Brent was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Phebe; sisters, Marian Brinkerhoff and Elma Jolley; brother, Ronald; and grandson, Kurtis Rowland.

Graveside service and burial are postponed and will be held in Lovell, Wyo.
