Bridger Peil drives his 256 lb. hog throught the show ring Friday night at the HSC Fair Junior Livestock Auction. His helpers, Eleanor and Josie Allen, carried his Reserve Champion Swine Carcass Contest banner.
The 2020 Junior Livestock Auction and Blue Ribbon Bake Sale at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds on Friday night was a huge success, with total sales amounting to $180,195.25, up from $123,146 last year.
Along with sheep, swine and beef, there were baked goods that went on the auction block, too.
