Christmas Tree Disposal

If you live in town and have a Christmas tree to dispose of you have a few options. You can arrange for the town brush truck to pick up your tree, you can haul it to the dump yourself or you can arrange for disposal via someone on Facebook who wants them.

For example, Big Horn Basin Bowhunters is seeking trees, as well as others who want their animals, such as goats, to eat the trees.

Please, take note that the town of Thermopolis will allow residents to leave their Christmas trees in their yards until the end of January.  Afterward, if you have not disposed of the tree, you will be ticketed per city ordinance.
