Nola Youvnne Ibach, 74, passed away December 21, 2019, at the Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness where she had resided since November 2.
Born May 24, 1945, in Reno, Nev., she was the daughter of Jack Lee and Norma Jean (Block) Brown.
In her younger years she marked trees in the forest in preparation for their harvesting. She farmed with her husband and raised llamas.
On November 25, 1990, she married David Leroy Ibach in Dayton, Nev. He died in 2012. Nola moved from their farm in Nebraska to Thermopolis, Wyo., in 2015. She attended the First Baptist Church.
Nola was a waitress, worked at a nursing home and was a flagger. Working for the Forest Service she marked for beetle kill and marked for good wood. She loved this job the most. She raised rottweilers for a while and loved animals.
She was predeceased by her parents, two husbands and several family members.
Services are pending at the First Baptist Church. Pastor Harvey Seidel will officiate.
Cremation has taken place.
