Pre K screening and health fair

If you have a little one in your house, did you know all children should have a developmental screening before they turn two? They should have another screening before starting school as well.

Hot Springs County School District’s Pre-K program will be having a preschool health fair, Aug. 7 -9 in the vocational building at the high school.

The screening includes vision, hearing, speech and language as well as motor skills and pre-academics.

Any child between birth and four-years old are encouraged to have the screening during the preschool health fair.

They will be giving away bike helmets and t-shirts, too.
