FFA members win state awards

Five members of the Thermopolis FFA Chapter have earned the qualifications needed to for their State FFA Degrees. Jessie Pennoyer, Dreama Thorpe, Taylor Nuttall, Logan Bartholomew and Ryan Bleak will receive their awards in April at the State FFA Convention in Cheyenne.

Pennoyer was also selected as one of the top five Ag seniors of Wyoming. She was awarded the Regional Star Farmer and will compete for State Star Farmer.

“This is a huge honor, and Pennoyer has put in lots of work to receive this honor,” said Britton Van Heule, chapter advisor.
