Personal injury accident

An accident occurred at about 12:20 p.m. Friday, when a 2015 Z71, driven by a juvenile male subject, pulled out of the Blair's parking lot, heading north. The truck hit Colette Spain, who was on a scooter, crossing in an unmarked area. The juvenile stated he did not see Spain, who appeared to not be crossing at an intersection. According to the report, Spain had previously been cautioned about crossing outside designated areas. There were no charges filed against the driver.
