Boy Scouts holding car wash fundraiser

The Boys Scouts of America Troop 5020 will be washing cars Saturday at the Hot Springs County High School drop off, 231 Park Street, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Washes are priced at $15, with full detailing available for $30.

The community is asked to come and support the troop, and there will be free ice-cold lemonade with every wash. Troop 5020, which has over 20 members ages 11-18, will use the money for activities, to cover some of the costs for scout camps and to help provide materials such as sleeping bags and backpacks for scouts who need them.
