Mills named top nurse

Thermopolis native Lacey Mills has been named Outstanding Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse 2015 in Las Vegas at Centennial Hills Hospital.

Mills, a 2002 Hot Springs County High School graduate, was nominated by her coworkers at Centennial Hills Hospital in Las Vegas.

Centennial Hills is the newest level three NICU hospital in Las Vegas.

Following high school, Mills attended Central Wyoming College to become a registered nurse.

After earning her associates degree, Mills moved to Las Vegas with her husband Matthew and earned her Bachelors Degree for Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University.

She currently lives and works in Las Vegas.
