    Since he was three years old, eighth grader Hardy Johnson has had an interest in playing golf, an interest started when his father, Joey, put on golf tournaments for the Wyoming FFA Foundation.   • Rec girls basketball set to begin

    Girls basketball through the Hot Springs County Recreation District kicks off next week with the first practices starting on Monday. Kindergarteners through second graders will be in one group, practicing on Mondays and Thursdays at Ralph Witters Elementary (RWE) gym at 6 p.m. There are about 17 girls in this age group who will be learning the ropes.
