    After the grand finale of Hot Springs County Fair Week on Friday, things started buzzing right away for the Gift of the Waters Pageant and the Big Horn Basin Folk Festival in Hot Springs State Park on Saturday and Sunday. The Folk Festival took over a good portion of the park for two days with not only local musicians, but players from around the Big Horn Basin and Fremont County.     Before we blink, and mid-summer becomes mid-winter, stroll the Thermopolis downtown businesses during the “Summer Fun” Second Friday ArtStroll/Still Strolling Saturday. This month’s stroll will take place Friday, August 9 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and Saturday, August 10 during regular business hours. Lynn Burton will display her intricate handiwork.
