    Edward Lewis Parish, 78, died Sunday, March 6, 2016, at his residence in Thermopolis following a period of failing health. Born Sept. 19, 1937, in Las Cruces, N.M., he was the son of Earl and Marilyn (Taylor) Harmon. In the 1950's he married Elizabeth Garmeson. The couple later divorced. Most of his life he was employed as an electrical technician for the Burroughs Corporation in California. After retirement, he moved to Wyoming in 1983 and started a second career as a cowboy.     PAWS testing at Ralph Witters Elementary (RWE) and Thermopolis Middle School (TMS) has started and will run through March. The standardized testing started on Tuesday at both schools.
