    A busy week tested Thermopolis wrestlers as they hosted a quadrangle with Worland, Douglas and Lovell on Thursday, and a trip to Riverton to participate in the tournament most wrestling people in Wyoming consider the true individual state championship meet - The Ron Thon Invitational.     The Thermopolis Middle School wrestlers competed at Conference in Rocky Mountain on Saturday. The team came out in fourth overall with 121 points. Powell came in first with 217 points, Worland was second with 175 points and Cody was third with 162 points. First place finishers include Wyatt McDermott-84A, Logan Cole-220A, Cole Collins-HWTA, Tyson Medina-84B, Cole Christiansen-120B, Eric Bleak-132B, Tyler Kay-138B and Austin Barral-165B.     The Bobcat Speech and Debate team traveled to Jackson last weekend for the Teton Invitational, returning with a third place in 1A/2A competition. Just five members of the team were able to make the trip, but made an excellent showing with several students placing in their individual events. Senior Amanda Dinsmore broke to semi-finals in both drama and humor, moving on to finals in drama, bringing home fourth place honors.     Thermopolis Middle School has announced the finalists for the 2016 Spelling Bee set for Friday, Feb. 12 at 10:30 a.m. in the TMS gym. Students from each grade level participated in a written test with top finishers qualifying for the oral contest. During the competition, students in fifth through eighth grade compete against each other.     The 2016 Hot Springs County High School Athletics Hall of Fame is accepting nominations now through May 1 for this year’s class of inductees. The categories for hall of fame members are male athlete, female athlete, coach/administrator, special contributor and team. Team nominations are no longer necessary, as any team that has won a state championship is automatically nominated.
