    On January 17 the Hot Springs County Commissioners held an informal discussion with various entities to organize a Joint Powers Water District potentially. Representatives from the Town of Thermopolis, Owl Creek Water District, South Thermopolis Water & Sewer District, and Red Lane were present.     At Hot Springs County Commissioners meeting held last Tuesday at the Annex building Toddi Darlington and Joe Moon, with Jeb Schenck, presented to the commissioners a design update on the Big Horn Basin Nature & Discovery Center plans. They showed them colored architecture sketches from a ground-level view and a top-down view. They also explained the features they plan to construct which include a water feature, how a dam, water, and erosion work.     George Todorovich passed away December 28, 2022, in Casper, Wyo. Born in Kirby, Wyo., on April 1, 1930, to Eli and Nellie Todorovich. He graduated from Hot Springs County High School in 1948. After graduation he enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Korea during the Korean Conflict. After being honorably discharged from the military, he enrolled at Eastern Montana College (now Montana State University - Billings) and met Mary Walsh. They married in 1957 in Red Lodge, Mont.     Thermopolis Wrestling Club members competed in the RMN Wild West Championship wrestling tournament held last Saturday at the Casper Events Center. Overall the team came in 11th place out of 110 teams in the morning session and they came in 9th out of 103 teams in the afternoon session. Several wrestlers brought home individual metals.
