    Tuesday night during the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees’ meeting, the board approved Resolution No. 4. This resolution, Chief Financial Officer Shelly Larson explained, authorizes on a preliminary basis the hospital to move forward with expenditures.
